韩式香辣鳕鱼

  原材料:鳕鱼清肉4两,青葱1支,白萝卜3两
  调味料:A大蒜末2大匙,葱末2茶匙,味噌高汤150c.c.,烹大师柴鱼精2茶匙白芝麻、花椒粉各少许细红辣椒粉适量 B.水300c.c.盐1茶匙

  制作步骤:

  1.白萝卜去皮,切约3~4公分厚,加调味料B,以小火慢煮约25分钟入味。

  2.调味料A煮滚,放入鳕鱼肉煮至熟,取出盛盘,淋上煮汁,搭配白萝卜及青葱佐餐。

  小秘笈:

  白萝卜需先煮至入味松软,否则硬硬的就不好吃了。

    Its such as you read my mind! You seem to unatnsedrd a lot about this, such as you wrote the guide in it or something. I believe that you just could do with some % to pressure the message home a bit, however other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.
